My name is Sarah, aka sfBirdie. I am a marketing professional in San Francisco.
People I love: my (semi-new) husband Andrew, our dogs Baxter and Grace, my ah-mah-zing parents, my sister Claire (who used to be my avatar on places I used to frequent, including Gawker and Wordsmoker), and all of our fantastic friends and family (especially my grandmothers, Mimi and Grandma).
I like cheese, soup (but not cheese soup), tennis, running along the Embarcadero, the NY Yankees, the SF Giants, the SF 49ers, the San Jose Sharks, Le Creuset dishware, TOMs, Saks, Longchamp bags, sunglasses, Virgin America, comedy, Apple products, Kate Spade bags/wallets, Happy Hour, sparkly shoes, podcasts, Rhode Island (specifically, a little place called Quonnie), New York, San Francisco, and Chicago.
I enjoy learning about new technology and all things social/digital media.
I love to travel and am proud to say I have made the Virgin America Elevate Silver status for the second year in a row. (I know, I’m kind of a big deal.)
I support animal rescue organizations, including the ASPCA and our local shelter, Pets Unlimited, and I am a huge proponent of animal adoption.
I take great delight in BRAVO TV programming, stand-up comedy, and reading many leather-bound books (my apartment smells of rich mahogany). I’m currently working towards my goal of becoming Andy Cohen’s sidekick on Watch What Happens Live. Please let Mr. Cohen know how awesome I am if, by any chance, you know him and you agree that I am pretty cool. I would greatly appreciate this.
