I’ve always believed that twitter was pretty pointless (even though I’m on it during the week) but within the last month I’ve lowered my Comcast bill and settled some issues with BoA, all because I tweeted my complaints to the companies. I’m pretty amazed at the timely responses and actions taken to fix everything, especially since, before attempting the twitter thing, I spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with both companies trying to resolve similar problems to no avail.
Weird huh?
