Went over to the Top Chef cooking demo at Justin Hermann Plaza today to see our fave symposium chef Jamie Lauren. She is awesome. Discussed cars for a few minutes then watched her make some anchovy/beet app from Absinthe. Too bad she’s heading down to LA in a few weeks because she is definitely one of our favorites.
